New Year's 2013

New Year's Resolutions for 2013 (Bold means working on)


1. Visit a General Practicioner and Get all blood work done with general check up.

2. Visit a gyno. Get regular tests and STD. Take test for viable eggs.

3. Visit a dentist.

4. Visit an eye doctor.

5. Run/walk at least 365 miles.

Total 193.5

(April- 16.7) goal- 30 (need to make up 13.3)

(July 21.5) goal - 31 (need to make up 9.5)

Spin- 100 miles (goal 500 miles, basically two classes a month)

6. Go to Body Pump at least once a week, preferably twice.
Week 1- Zumba (twice) body pump once, ran one day
Week 2- Jan 7-13- Body Flow Tues, Pump Sat, Spin Sun
Week 3- Jan 14-20-  Zumba Monday, Saturday Booty Bar Blast, Core and Spin
Week 4- Jan 21-27- Friday Zumba, Saturday ran 1 mile, Body pump, core Sunday walked mile and did Zumba
Week 5 Jan 28-Feb 3 Pilates Monday, Tuesday off, Wednesday Zumba and walked .5 miles, Thursday ran 2 miles, Saturday ran 1.1, body pump, Sunday Zumba
Week 6  Feb 4-10  Pilates Monday, Tuesday off, Wednesday ran and crunches, Saturday- body pump, Sunday zumba and core.
Week 7- Feb 11- Monday Zumba, Tuesday off, Wednesday rumba, Saturday core and ran
Week 8- Mon and Tuesday off, WEd-eliptical, Thurs Eliptical, fri off, Sat body pump and run, Sun Zumba
Week 9- Pilates Monday, Tuesday off, wed off, thurs run and bike, Friday Zumba, Sat run and Body Pump, Sunday run and Zumba
Week 10- Monday Pilates, tough week ananda in town, Saturday Body pump
Week 11- TERRIBLE WEEK OFF Amanda and Girls in town
Week 12- Bad again-- did a hike and that's about it. More visitors in town
Week 13- Tuesday-eliptical,
week 14- missed Assignment for Stanford and prepping for history day
Week 15- eliptical Thurs, Friday ran and crunches, Saturday Body pump and ran
Week 16- Monday- Pilates and Walking, Tuesday off, Wednesday zumba and walking, Sunday Zumba and walking

9. Stick with WW for 6 months. Go to meetings!!!

10. Volunteer at least every other month.

12. Go to Wayne and Shona's wedding in Florida.
(booked a deal of a flight!)

13. Go to Leila and Amanda's wedding in New York.
Booked an even better flight!

14. At least consider, look into price of getting eggs frozen.

15. Decorate my office and put up my diplomas.

16. Have the nursing website go live!

17. Visit Chrissy at least 2 times! X2

18. Go on a road trip with Andrew!

37. Spend at least 30 min every Sunday on reprograming my health, reading and planning.

38. Take a class, preferably at UNLV


39. Take spinning at least once a week

40. Do something meaningful with my pictures!

41. Work out three times a week in the morning with the 10 min workouts. (START IN FEB!)

42. Try at least three therapy sessions-- or maybe something more frequent

43. Consolidate all my retirement money and meet again with advisor.

44. Join a club in Vegas in an effort to make new friends.

45. Get something I pitched to run in a national publication!
