New Year's 2014

1. Visit a General Practicioner and Get all blood work done with general check up.

2. Visit a gyno. 

3. Visit a dentist.

4. Check up with eye doctor

5. Run/walk at least 250 miles (For April must get at least 23.4 per month or .8 per day)

6. Work out four times a week (at least)
Week 1- twice
Week 2- Monday pilates, Wednesday Raquetball, Sunday Zumba (only 3 times)
Week 3- TWICE
Week 4- (Raquetball x2, beat it out class, zumba) QUOTA MADE
Week 5- Jan 27-Pilates, Raquetball x2, zumba QUOTA MADE
Week 6-Feb 3- FAIL (Had people in town)
Week 7- Feb 10- TWICe
Week 8- Feb 17- Raquetball, Bikes and raquetball TWICE
Week 9- THREE TIMES (So close)
Week 10- THREE TIMES
Week 11 March 3- Monday Piliates Tuesday Raquetball, Zumba and Raquetball- QUOTA MADE
Week 12- FAILED (Sam's wedding)
WEek 13- FAILED
Week 14- Quota MADE, Including jet skiiing!
Week 15- FAIL (Only once) (Sam was in town, made it difficult)
Week 16- THREE TIMES
Week 17-

7. Lose 30 lbs.

8. Go to bed at 10 p.m., wake up at 6 a.m. and do mini workouts in morning.

9. Volunteer at least every other month.

10. Visit museum at least 4 times.

12. Take a class or look into PR certification

13. Go to Sam and David's wedding and be a good bridesmaid


14. Go to Katie's wedding in Asheville

15. Move in with Andrew and continue to improve our relationship

16. At least 5 Twitter posts at work a week


15. Visit Flagg at least once

16. Go to at least two concerts

19. Do something meaningful with my pictures

20. Call and send cards for birthdays.

21. Try to work on relationship with Ray.

22. Consolidate my retirement and meet with adviser.

23. Try a new recipie at least once a month
 Jan- cinimmon/onion crusted chicken
April- Chicken with green beans,

24. Do money saving thing-- $52 for first week, $51 for second...etc.
